You cap in between raid times on week 1, week 2, etc. You know, like we've always done. And, if tomes drop before the raid does? You cap for those weeks like normal. This suggested change changes nothing for you.

Speaking of painful... That last minute week 2 clear, amiright? Maybe that's why you're under the false impression that there would be a ton of extra farming to do for a suggested change that would be a mechanic used to catch up/prevent progress loss.

Who does this?

You cap tomes before raid so you have your tome gear for raid. You need to raid on Tuesday because if you wait until Wednesday or later, there are only droolers left in PF.
