According to the lodestone, it drops from the normal verson of Sphene, but isn't something that drops from the Minstrel version.

However, it probably should. If we compare it to the Hades card, that dropped from both the normal version and the Minstrel version

+1 to this post. No one I've spoken to has seen the card drop from the EX version. I have over 30 kills of the boss now, no card drop. Should drop from the EX version as all previous Extreme Trials.
