TT #420 from EX?

Hey im just looking for people that got the TT card #420 from the new EX.

Looking at some comments on a diffrent website it seem like it either doesnt drop from the EX which would be new behavior or its buged and they forgot to enable the drop of the card from the EX

But I dont wanna go through the effort of filling a bug report if those poeple just got unlucky

We've had cards exclusively from only one of the duties before. It happens sometimes that it's only a specific one.

According to the Lodestone, it only drops from the normal version. This is an official source that SE keeps updated, so it wouldn't be wrong.

It's a 5 star card and these are far more likely to be rare drops though.

Not a bug, it's intentional design.

Thordan's card only drops from Thordan EX. QE's card only drops from The Interphos. The DB on the lodestone confirms it.
Certainly won't be the last time they'll hard lock it to one particular instance, just a matter of how many years between them doing so again.

Yes, and it makes farming Thordan's card an absolute pain in the ass, you can't skip his Limitbreak sequence in the EX, even if you take out all his HP in phase 1, he will cling there with 0.1% HP no matter how hard you hit, then go through the entire LB sequence, and then drop dead as soon as it is done.

The Memoria Misera card remains at the top for most annoying cards to get IMO.
The only reason to farm this fight is the card, as there is no mount in this one.

I needed this as one of my last cards and was worried I would not be able to farm it but I got lucky as sometimes there is a party up as you can dye the old AF outfits. I managed to get this on my 3rd run but Thordan took me an age to get.

I hate the thought of spamming the normal mode for the card, because of the one horrendous cutscene I'd have to sit through...

And I was so hoping it would just drop from Ex. Sadge.

Card 420 is from the alliance raid. Do you mean 405?

Memoria Miseria is a different case, it's the only EX in the game that doesn't have a repeatable Normal version, the "Normal" version being a Solo Duty, so you could argue there was nowhere else they could've put the drop other than making it free from doing that sidestory segment or putting it as a NPC duel drop, this isn't the case with Thordan, his normal version is right there sitting with 0 potential drops.

And if you really want to squint, then there is also the G-Warrior card, which is purchasable with EX Totems from the Ruby, Emerald and Diamond Weapon fights, though it is also guaranteed in this case, you need one of each totem and they always drop.
