World of Warcraft lets you play as a gnome which I'd say is close enough.

Really curious what model they’re using for the female Elvaan FF11 character from the new Alliance raid. The male NPC looks like they’re just using a normal 14 Elezen, but she looks like a shorter elf, with larger eyes and shorter neck! lol I really wish they’d add that kind of elf to the character creator! I’d really like a smaller, more delicate elf. Pretty much why I play a Lala.
Many Fantasy MMOs have some sort of Dwarf/Gnomish characters.
LOTRO has Hobbits, if you don't mind characters being a bit less pretty
WoW has Gnomes
FFXI has Tarutaru
GW2 has Asura (dunno about GW1), basically look like house-elves
etc.
Dawntrail is what I imagine the entire MSQ as a healer-main.
Are you talking about Prishe? She's an elvaan yes, but one who is a child, or at least physically since she doesn't age, which is why she is smaller with bigger eyes. Also one of the most popular characters in FFXI, which is why she was chosen for this crossover.Really curious what model they’re using for the female Elvaan FF11 character from the new Alliance raid. To OP, WoW has more than just Gnomes like ppl are saying, there is also, Mechagnomes, dwarves, dark iron dwarves, earthen and vulpera for small races. Gnomes are just the smallest.

Yes, I was trying to avoid spoilers, but I guess she’s on all the promo art for the patch already. lol They never went into her age, and I never played 11, so I didn’t know her background.
I’d just like shorter, more delicate elves. The Elezen are too tall and bulky for me, with such long necks and broad shoulders!
As much of a (die hard) fan of fantasy dwarves as I am, they and gnomes are probably very far removed from what OP wants out of a playable race.

As other people have pointed out, World of Warcraft has gnomes. In fact, I played several different such characters before making the change FFXIV. The female models look pretty close to a lalafell. After 11 years on FFXIV, started this game during beta phase ARR in June 2013 before its release in August 2013, I'm now in my retirement tour & plan on retiring from 14 when I finish DT story & 7.1, I love the game, greatest game I ever played IMO but it's time to end my time on 14.
One thing I can't shake is I can't find any other game we're i can play a Lalafell looking character, I love the Lala because they remind me of a physical manifestation of pure Godly goodness & Innocence, a measurement I'll never match up to but one I highly respect & wish I could be.
I can play hot milf chicks, beast type characters & bad asses in FFXIV & other games but can't play the innocent little kid hero, except in Little Nightmares, but I've already beat the Little Nightmares games, highly recommend all who enjoy being a lala to play the Little Nightmares games.
So do u know any other games I can be a Lalafell type character in, whether it's a game where u create a character or play as already made characters I'm cool with either & welcome any suggestions, Ty FFXIV community for the 11 years of enjoyment and friendship I've had in this game.
That picture is pure win!
