"Hall of the Novice" Battle Training Feedback

Hello, I made a sub character and was progressing through the MSQ.
I am at level 15 MSQ and unlocked "Tam Tara Deepcroft".
My Gladiator is level 21 - and this was the perfect opportunity to try the new training!
.......... Except for I got the popup you see in the screenshot below.

    My feedback:
    - Maybe a little basic training able to be unlocked before the first dungeons (if this is missed, full unlock whenever it is designed, but as I do not know how game programming works, I am unsure if this is able)
    - Lvl.15 dungeon is very easy, but it is scary as new player. I think an introduction before facing dungeons is better to be separated from "trial battle training hall".
    - The Smith are simply named like ordinary NPC, I would like them to have special icons next to the dungeons. If I did not know, I would think it is a regular NPC

I have not yet tried the new battle exersice yet but I am a little surprised it is able AFTER the first dungeon. Maybe this was always the case, but I do not remember it.
Sorry if my understanding was misunderstood.
Please be kind in the comments!

You can do some of the hall of the notice stuff before the first dungeon, Sastasha. The MSQ even takes you directly there, there are also npcs in the cities AND at the hall of the novice. Unfortunately seems that it defaults to the new ones added in 7.1, you'll need to go into the "display all exercises" bit and there should be eight things for you to do starting with "Tank Training - Exercise 1" But you don't need to go to the npc at all to do them, you just need to go to Duty > Hall of the Novice and it will bring up the same menu anywhere except when you're in a duty already.

We used to have Guildhests for this but most people don't realise they exist anymore. When you unlock Levequests you also get to do Guildhests which are short 2-3minute exercises to get you used to being in a party. We also have Trust NPCs now that can ease you into the dungeon content so it shouldn't be as imposing. They're a great way to learn and practice the basics without anyone judging you.

They have a big flag next to them that is meant to grab your attention. I would have thought that would qualify?

The MSQ guides you to the Hall of the Novice right before Sastasha. It is located just outside Aleport, next to Sastasha. The NPCs there answer blunt questions, such as basic terminology players use on the internet in case the person literally didn't use the internet before. It guides them to try out Hall of the Novice, but it is optional.
Add: Used to describe sudden enemy reinforcements.
Pull: The act of bringing a distant foe to the party's location.
Aggro: Enmity. The gauge of an enemy's likelihood to attack you. Also known as “hate” or “threat.”
Buff: Positive effects that improve attributes.
Debuff: Negative effects that weaken attributes.
DoT: Abbreviation for “Damage over Time.”
AE/AoE: Abbreviation for “Area (of) Effect.”
In case they later change their mind, The Smith remains outside of dungeons for a while to remind them that it exists. I do remember an icon on them actually and I even see it on the map and above the head of the one at Sastasha, so maybe it's just missing on that one.
