SCH on CC

It's pretty weak when compared to its counterparts.

I get the support aspect to it, but it's really, really underwhelming when directly targeted by other groups.

I think separating Seraph from LB was nice to get it going bit more often, but the overall heal and damage output seems to be lackluster compared to other Healers. Of course the enemy healing reduction or damage reduction to teammates doesn't show up in stats, so it might be a bigger deal than it seems.

As for the Broil upgrade during LB, it's a step into right direction but I'd rather have slightly stronger set amount of stacks instead of having it on timer and compete with other skills so much, BLM has better iteration of this system.

Still, I think SCH is in decent place compared to SGE who got it's main draw of pumping dmg cut down across the board. It's just that AST is super good right now and WHM is always solid.

SCH has no decent AOE attack. DoTs are nice but in CC were burst is king, it feels useless
