    This Hit Detection is by far the worst PvP change.

    This is really terrible, it makes PvP less fun and more like a slog to play rather than a pleasant, fulfilling game. Who the hell tested this? Please revert it back.

    Many times when I use my stuns and purifies, they don't register or strike everyone, making hit registry feel more like a RNG chance.

    I've primal Rended 4 people on TOP of each other and only stunned 2 and after reviewing footage no they did not purify or have the purify buff...

    Yeah, targeting is now similar to looking for a black cat in a darkened room that may not be there.

    Targeting is really whacky because I sometimes target one person, press a skill and then the skill hits another player. Since skills (on controller) have auto-target I assume the target I selected was already somewhere else from the server's perspective. So auto-target chooses another player after I've already send my attack out. Wasting skills like that is becoming rather frustrating.

    Targeting has never been great, obviously, but this built-in delay has definitely made it far worse. I guess the problematic sequence is

    Lock on target --> initiate skill --> target is already dead or moved out of range --> initiating the skill retargets, and since you're mashing it because otherwise it doesn't go off half the time, it auto-locks a new target.

    On numerous occasions I've had the miserable experience of trying to attack a straggler, only to accidentally target someone who I guess was running past me, because the net result with gap closers/dives is sometimes dramatically jumping backwards into the middle of the enemy. Death follows.

    I have the right stick set to a macro /targetenemy and that will always target the nearest person to you.

    Yep, that's exactly what it feels like. :')

    Thanks, I'll try that! Even though it still seems to suffer from the same base problem it can't be worse either at least (I hope). So it's worth a shot.

    Yeah, 1/2 the time stuff happens and I just go...ok.

    Like I don't know when my skills hit or what order anything landed in because it is a complete and total cluster in terms of detection. The sad thing is, they don't want to admit what they need truly is:

    * Faster refresh rates on servers (Would cost them money)
    * Shorter animations where the damage occurs less than halfway through (Think League of Legends or Smite)

    And you know what, that would fix 80% of the problems.
