My body is ready.
No problem, legacy is confirmed. Not worried about that as much as how 2.0 is.
The general fealing so far outside of our little bubble is, Cgi is nice but we want to see game play.
They are going to have to knock it out of the park at Gamescom. A poor showing there and... well i don't even want to think about it.

I think Everyone at SE knows what rides here.. Success= Game will most likely be Reborn and kicking better than ever Failure= FFXIV either Go F2P or Shut Down.
Well, here's hoping that we see something good.
* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
* Design ideas:
Red Mage - COMPLETE (https://tinyurl.com/y6tsbnjh), Chemist - Second Pass (https://tinyurl.com/ssuog88), Thief - First Pass (https://tinyurl.com/vdjpkoa), Rune Fencer - First Pass (https://tinyurl.com/y3fomdp2)
Darn right all of our bodies are ready to take this.
I agree with OP as to want to fall in love with this game. Like most people, I am generally excited for ARR. I played XIV when it was first released and felt like I was cheated on by my wife (That's how heart broken I was)! I want this game to just BLOW me away .. I want to be immersed in a world that reality just fades away!
