i've got my fingers crossed for a Chrono Trigger style BR system. warrior initiates an axe combo > paladin joins with a few sword swipes > some sort of shared animation, maybe war gives paladin a boost up in the air, paladin comes stabbing down on the mob for critical damage :3 HNGGGGGGGHHH i don't care about latency issues, i can dream can't I?

My concern is not latency issues, but I think the lag when opening closing NPC stores, or selling items. I'm not sure if latency and that lag is the same thing. Almost every MMO out there don't have this issue. I can sell 50 items at NPC within 1 minute. 1 click per second. In FFXIv, it's like Click > wait. wait. wait> boom sold. Or opening NPC store, Click > wait. wait. wait. wait > opened.i've got my fingers crossed for a Chrono Trigger style BR system. warrior initiates an axe combo > paladin joins with a few sword swipes > some sort of shared animation, maybe war gives paladin a boost up in the air, paladin comes stabbing down on the mob for critical damage :3 HNGGGGGGGHHH i don't care about latency issues, i can dream can't I?
yeah i know what you're talking about. i'm 100% certain this will be resolved in XIV. I think a dev even commented on how much more fluid selling items was now, I'll see if I can find it.My concern is not latency issues, but I think the lag when opening closing NPC stores, or selling items. Definitely agree, everyone knows Square can do pretty CGI, but they need to show they can back FFXIV up with the gameplay, and that they've fixed all of these things that plagued the game in the beginning.
I agree. The Gamescom demo needs to be a huge deal. I'm talking a VERY in-depth look in the world that is being Reborn. When the ArenaNet devs did demos for Guild Wars 2, there were 45 minute demo videos going around on youtube showing people playing.
Please let people post their own videos of their gameplay if you let them try it at Gamescom. The world needs to start seeing the game soon. It can't continue being a sort of secret as far as showing it off goes.
I NEED IT ;-;

Insulting people in the counter argument isn't going to change their minds. It will make them stick harder to their opinion regardless of whether or not it's right, and think less of your opinion simply because you insulted them. In essence, if you want to try and change someone's mind, come up with a well thought-out response and don't be a dick.
i wanna see where i can live, my mailbox... furniture creation and UI customization options.
but i'll doubt any info on that will pop anytime soon
I used to be Noomy...then i took shiva's Hail Storm to my knee...
I expecting Chrono alike 'battle regimen' with millions of chains and spectacular effects.
