I really hope so. Maybe not a major city, but just a small town or something. I really don't understand why devs don't understand, we enjoy towns and cities, not just big empty zone.

My favorite FF moments are entering a new city, having lots to do. Like FF 9 for example, first time entering Lindblum, or Cleyra, or that chocobo farm where Vivi got kidnapped. I want those small towns here.
