Have you checked you have the Gemshine trance / Dreadwym Trance Auto upgrade button on your bar.

Usually it updates as you upgrade, but it might be that you have just put the earlier one on there statically ( which shouldnt be possible) as you would DWT at 66, if its not upgrading that could be why you cant do anything.
