    [7.1] Fix Wondrous Tales Labels

Patch 7.1 merged a few of the top row categories for WT. One of the new categories is called "Leveling Dungeons (Lv. 51-79)". So I did a level 60 dungeon and received no credit.

I'm a veteran and I realized my error after. But I'm still blaming the game for this one. The new WT categories make no sense. I know the technical reason why a lv 73 dungeon is "for leveling" and a lv 50 dungeon is "high level". But it's still dumb.

And while I'm complaining about WT text labels: Alexander. Every other raid series tells me to queue for "Eden's Promise" or even better "Abyssos: Fifth to Eighth Circles". But Alexander tells me to queue for just 'Gordias' without telling me what that means. I know now, but it's still worth changing to match the Duty Finder name.

Nah that's a valid complaint. Any new player to the game will probably have the same thought process you did and be utterly confused why it didn't count.
Also yeah, every time I have to check myself on which ones are Gordias.

Agreed, especially about Alexander. The label should be consistent with how the raids are named in Duty Finder, or what's the point?

In a perfect world, you'd click on the task in WT and it'd bring up the relevant duty in DF.

    Vive la résistance!

Finalement, Boucles d'or goûta le porridge dans le bol de Bébé Ours. "Miam Miam, ce porridge est parfait!" dit-elle, et elle mangea le bol entier de porridge.

Seems like they could do that, now that the Mogpendium does that.

I am late to the post but I want to reiterate how frustrating this is, and it leads to such a waste of time and effort. I've been playing for about three years now, and I still don't understand what makes one dungeon count as a levelling dungeon vs a 'High-end' one. The categories are way off, and it's honestly putting me off of doing my WTs because it just feels like a hassle trying to work it out (even worse when you have ADHD and have the memory of a goldfish!). I also agree that you should be able to click on the duty in the WT and have the Duty Finder open on the duty you've clicked (for things like Frontlines, a specific raid etc).

Oh it's simple, you have to think of things in the context they were originally released.

Starting with level 50, if a dungeon's level ends with 0, so 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100, then they are considered a "high-level" dungeon, because when they were released, that level was the level cap of the game.

Any dungeon that the level does not end with 0, or if the dungeon's level is 20 for Halatali specifically, it is considered a "leveling" dungeon, because it is expected that if you are doing that dungeon when you are on-level for that dungeon, you would still be leveling when that dungeon was released.

For example: The Skydeep Cenote is a level 95 dungeon, if you meet the minimum requirement to enter that dungeon, you are still in the process of leveling up with that job, where as Tender Valley is a level 100 dungeon, so if you meet the minimum requirements to enter that dungeon, you will be at the level cap with that job, therefor you are no longer leveling, and for, say, The Dead Ends, you would be level 90, and still be leveling if you are playing currently, but the important point being that when that dungeon was released in Endwalker, 90 was the cap, therefor it is considered a level cap, or "high-level", dungeon, this classification does not change as the game expands.

Knowing what the term "levelling dungeon" actually means according to the game seems important.

    A quick change would be 50,60 vs 50-60 or 51-59,61-69,71-79 vs 51-79
Regardless the current notation is wrong.
