Very slow download Speed of patch 7.1 (0.2 MB/s)

Thread just got locked, because one or two users got the problem fixed. I myself could not fix it with restarts. My whole guild is currently unable to play due top this update problem of Update 7.1

The problem is very far from solved. Multiple restarts of the launcher didn't help. Since this is the english forumpart and I am from germany, it is not even restricted to a small region of players.

Something with FFXIV servers is not working as intended!

I can add to this that apparently several players from germany with the provider "Telekom" are apparently facing download problems. I don't know if this helps.

For me personally it is only FFXIV with those problems. All other downloads work fine.
