Dualshock Controller Issues

I want to add specifically, that I found out that I think it is exclusively not recognizing Dualshock 4 controllers (and the like) through wireless bluetooth connection.

I "faked" my Dualshock 4 controller to make look like a Xbox Controller and surprisingly it worked. I did this by launching the game through Steam, which most of the time will recognize a controller as an Xbox controller. It works through this method. (and unfortunately has a button layout that won't let me use the touchpad. )

For anyone looking into it:
- Playing the game through FFXIV Launcher. (Switching to through Steam Launch due to wireless controller functionality until fixed.)
- Controller is Dualshock 4 Controller.
- Operating System is Windows 11.
- Connected through innate Bluetooth on my PC. However, controller can be recognized in-game by plugging it in a USB port and functions normally without issue.
- Added note, controller is recognized and functions normal through other games on my PC. But for FFXIV, it does not.
- Additonal note: I have reset my computer, checked my drivers for updates, checked for Windows updates as well, reset and re-downloaded FFXIV, checked FFXIV file integrity, and none have resolved the issue.
