Steps:
1. Use Imperator on a GNB with Nebula or a SAM with Chiten to inflict Sacred Claim
2. Begin hitting target to trigger healing effect
3. Notice that no healing is registered
*Add more steps if necessary

**This was the same case in Endwalker when using Confiteor on Nebula or Chiten to heal using the Sacred Claim effect
