Patch 7.1 Notes: PvP

The 7.1 patch notes are out. Looks like significant changes to CC and RW. And there's the hit detection alteration we'd already heard about for all modes.

Beyond that for FL?

Absolutely nothing.

We didn't even get damage reduction toggles to give us something to argue about.

Truly pathetic.

Edit: If I'm remembering correctly, balance changes are often skipped in the prelim notes, so I guess we might see something in the final version.
