Add keywords to job action tooltips

Job action tooltips are very wordy. I propose adding keywords and a glossary, as well as a toggle-able option to display only minimal information.

So what do I mean with keywords? Simply put, it's re-used wording for mechanics that work certain ways.

A heal could simply be called a [Heal] or a [Cure].
An absorb could simply be called a [Barrier].
Plenty of different keywords could be implemented and always mean the exact same thing.

Let's use some Sage actions as an example of minimal tooltips.
The current descriptions can be found in the job action guide:
    https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/jobguide/sage/

Now for some changed examples. I have put [] around keywords, but they need not exist in an actual implementation:
    Eukrasian Diagnosis
    [Single Target]
    [Cure] 300 Potency
    [Barrier] 540 Potency
    [Duration] 30s
    [Unstackable] Eukrasian Prognosis, Galvanize (Scholar)
    Pepsis
    [Party]
    Consumes existing [Barrier] to [Cure]
    Eukrasian Diagnosis: 450 Potency
    Eukrasian Prognosis: 350 Potency
    Kerachole
    [Party]
    [Mitigation] 10%
    [Regen] 100 Potency (500 total)
    [Duration] 15s

    [Self][MP Restoration] 7%
    [Cost] 1 Addersgall
    Pneuma
    [Enemy][Line]
    [Damage] 370 Potency

    [Party]
    [Cure] 600 Potency

    [Kardion]
    [Cure] 170 Potency
I'd honestly argue that Kardion potencies should only be displayed on the Kardia spell itself since they are all the exact same number, but hey.

Now let's make two more complicated examples. Let's start with Warrior's Inner Release:
    Inner Release
    [Free Action] Fell Cleave, Decimate
    [Charges] 3
    [Immunity] Stun, Knockback, Sleep
    [Duration] 15s

    [Extends] Surging Tempest 10s

    [Grants Action] Primal Rend
    [Duration] 30s

    [Spend] all [Charges]
    [Turns Into] Primal Wrath
And lastly, the wall of text called Pictomancer's Starry Muse:
    Starry Muse
    [Party][Buff] 5% damage
    [Duration] 20s

    [Self][Cast Reduction][Recast Reduction] 25%
    [Affects] Aetherhue spells, Star Prism
    [Charges] 5
    [Duration] 30s

    [Spend] all [Charges]
    [One Use][Cast Reduction] 100% [Recast Reduction] 3.5s
    [Affects] Rainbow Drip

    [Turns Into] Star Prism

    [Requires][Combat] Landscape Canvas painted
A keyword should always means the same thing, so regardless of which spell you look at, if it says [Barrier] you know it means a buff which absorbs damage up to a point. Something like [Damage] will always mean direct damage, while [New fancy name that isn't an abbreviation like DoT] always means damage over time.

Keyword names, what should be a keyword, and how they should be arranged are all debatable.

TLDR: I want easier to read tooltips with recognizable keywords, as well as a toggle for those who prefer the lengthier explanations.

I would still prefer the long walls of text for comprehension, but I can see how others may find this more understandable. +1
