Disparity in the new Frames/Portait items in 7.1

I really dont get why, the Ishgardian frames are locked behind Khloes journals and the Kugane(Idk,Im pretty sure they are Kugane) are purchasable from the Acheivement guy. Literally everyone has acheivement points and can easily get them where as the Ishgardian frames are hidden behind a weekly randomised reward system? I get that you could have done the Khloe stuff for months and have the Comms saved up, but what if you dont? You have to wait a week to MAYBE get the item one time or if youre really lucky get 3 items to get and still have to wait a week for another randomised chance? The difficutly in obtaining these different frames doesnt make any sense, you get them from Gemstone vendors in later expansions and from the Achievement guy in Old Gridian, you can acheivement points any time, you can grind fates anytime make progress at any time, but for the Isgardian ones if you dont get the lucky lines you have to wait a week for another chance? Makes no sense, now the Isgardian ones arent that much more spectactular than the other new City State/Expansion frames/Portraits, so why make obtaining them that much harder? wouldnt you want them to be easy to get so players can use them? the reward needs to be proportional to the effort and the effort to obtain simialr items is almost none.

As it stands I have to wait a week for a random chance to get 1 item or 3 based on that random chance XD this isnt savage gear or a mount farm, its stuff l would have just paid for with $$$ over waiting. Makes no sense. I also dont really care if they put it in the Khloes journal rewards to get people to do the Khloe Journals lol as l said, the frames arent that much better than the other released in 7.1 so why the diificulty curve i getting them?

Personally I would have put the Ishgard Frames and Kugane Frames in their repsctive Restoration vendors, that at leat would have made sense Lore wise.

I've read that the Kugane frames only appear on the achievement vendor if you have the achievements for beating the Ixion and Tamamo boss FATEs. However that's still something a player could hope to achieve in a few days as opposed to the weekly lockout on WT books so the point still stands.

I don't really mind the frames being from WT, but perhaps bronze certificates would have been more reasonable.

Add to this that we've had multiple hingan/far eastern themed frames in circulation for how long now? And the one time we get something that is solely ishgardian themed and isn't locked behind an ultimate it's this..

I'm still gonna do it, but I'm gonna complain the entire way!! xD

I also feel that bronze certificates would have felt a LOT more better than hoping rng blesses with silver.

Checking back into this thread to say that I am now on week whatever (I stopped counting) and still have no silver certificates to show for my efforts... am I just that unlucky?

I'm not trying to be a negative nancy about it but jeez.. would be nice if I could trade x10 bronze for 1 silver at least.
