    When I first saw this thread I didn't understand the problem and thought the change was unambiguously good, but now that I've starting taking screenshots horizontally I see the issue.

    The new controls are only intuitive if you're looking at the image sideways (not tilting your head or monitor) which feels quite strange. We really could use a toggle for this feature.

    Thank you SE for listening! Added with patch 7.3:

    You can now toggle the setting added in Patch 7.1 that determines whether camera tilt and pan movements follow the screen orientation or remain fixed when the camera is roll-rotated.
    This option can be found under General Settings in the Group Pose Settings menu.
    * This setting is enabled by default.
