In Live letter from the Producer 67 where the new PvP series was revealed, it was promised we'd gain the ability to be able to purchase season rewards after the season's end.
We still don't have the ability to do this.
When will this be implemented?

I assume you mean Series/Battlepass because that is what the slide says. Season is the Ranked stuff.
Regardless, it is massively overdue and I am actually surprised that up to now we have yet to see the 6.1 Series 1 Archfiend set and other items reappear.
Imagine if they just forgot and leave it be. I wouldn't be surprised if they just recycled them as Series rewards at some point either.

This is why I'm starting this thread - to hopefully remind them that this still needs to appear

On a somewhat related note. I feel like we should get recolors for previous feast mounts back when basically no one played pvp. It doesn't have to be the one that people earned they can keep that, but at least a recolor for people that want a hellhount mount etc.
I really loathe the present FOMO feeling of the series rewards because I would happily just buy them later with whatever currency they decide to make them cost if there was any secondary confirmation they'd be coming back eventually.

You literally have multiple Months to get them and you will be LONG done before the Series ends if you just play one match a day for your EXP. I guess my understanding of FOMO is a good bit different from most FFXIV Players. Real FOMO for me is when something gets locked behind Lootboxes in a random drawing System that requires you to spend about 1000 bucks to get it. It's only there for 2 Weeks btw. Yes MMO's like this exist.

I don't disagree with there being plenty of time to get the series items. However, it is still possible to miss out on, you could be busy and not have a chance to login for more than 30 minutes a day or you could not have played during a time when a series reward existed, so you definitely have a bit of FOMO there. Even if it's really small especially for currently active players. You literally have multiple Months to get them and you will be LONG done before the Series ends if you just play one match a day for your EXP. What you're referring to here is FOMO + Predatory monetization, There's the FOMO from time limited items (This is where the series falls into, even if the time is extremely long, it's still time limited), then there's the predatory monetization practices that take advantage of FOMO.
You could for example, have something locked behind lootboxes that is time limited and still costs 1000+ dollars to obtain, but they rerun the item all the time. So FOMO for the item is low but the monetization is still predatory.
Conversely you could have an item available only during an event that lasts 6 hours and only will be run once, but everyone gets it for free, FOMO is high but there is no monetization.
The way the series works is very slight FOMO, due to the time length of a series and the ease of gaining experience, it'll only hit super busy people or very casual players hard. But it does still exist there, especially since they have yet to rerun the rewards. If they were to rerun the rewards it would lower its already very slight amount of FOMO.
My personal FOMO is reduced to zero for this stuff, largely because it's not compelling to me and because the last thing I want is to worsen my permanent inventory crisis.I don't disagree with there being plenty of time to get the series items. Yes, I'm aware I have forever but I actively hate the PvP in XIV and force myself to do it for the rewards so if I could just buy them later using wolf marks/trophy crystals I have pre-stocked I'd much prefer that route. You literally have multiple Months to get them and you will be LONG done before the Series ends if you just play one match a day for your EXP.
