Is Macrocosmos bugged or is it intended? (apologies for the dumb question)

Technically, that would be the best way to nerf all massive AoE effects in PvP, By preventing everyone from using the same ability at the same time. So maybe they are working on that on their end and it accidentally made it through before it's fully ready? Who knows lol.

Personally, I think it's a terrible idea solely because the issue isn't multiple Macroscosmos, it's DRKs Salted Earth. It's the catalyst that allows every form of AoE to be broken.

Thankfully Guard and Purify are incredible counters for it so meh.
