Purify NOT cleansing debuffs.

Steps:
1. Get crowd controlled
2. Hit Purify
3. Does not cleanse

I am not sure if it is an issue with stacking crowd controls, but every other time I hit Purify to cleanse a debuff, the ability goes on cooldown, and I remain debuff'd. It is not an issue with connection, nor latency, the ability does not simply function the way it is read due to a bug of some sorts.

From the picture: I get Stunned AND Silenced, hit Purify, the Stun stays behind and eventually falls off. I have many examples of this.
