disable emote sounds

I honeslty think it was one of the worse decisions they ever made adding that. especially when people spam it so much. They ust made most likely rp venues a lot worse then they were before. I wouldn't know last venue i went to was like a year ago with a few friends to experience it

I don't think it's necessarily a bad idea to have it as an emote, but it doesn't make much sense to have it be persistent. They could have it end before the sound effect loops and I think it would be fine.

I used to do bartending in the game so this emote coming out is pretty cool and something I wish I had prior, but they definitely need to add a way to disable emote sounds without turning off every sound effect

at least now they have a somewhat better blacklist and mutelist
