Everything on there that has been released I’ve doneI just can't fathom why people play the game where the primary gameplay is repeating group battle content for gear and cosmetic/mount rewards and then say that stuff doesn't count as content.
"There's nothing to do"
"What about grinding this fight for the mounts?"
"I don't want to do that, I don't like that content"
"So you're more into role playing or crafting/gathering then if you don't like the raids?"
"No that stuff is boring, I'm not some weirdo who sits around in Limsa all day"
"What content do you like then?"
"I like midcore content"
"So EX fights or the new Chaotic Alliance Raid?"
"No that's sweaty content for hardcore raiders, I mean real midcore content. "
"So like field zones?"
"No I hate Bozja and Eureka they are too grindy and take up too much time"
"So maybe more casual grinds like beast tribes?"
"No those suck because you they are time gated and take up too little time"
"..."
I don't know why some people have any business pretending to think this game could be for them. They want some sort of ethereal form of "midcore" content they can't actually describe. A lot of people are allergic to anything that is battle content that requires PF or some prior knowledge as "sweaty high end raiding" and then complain that normal content is too easy. Not saying that the patch cycle can't be criticized but some of y'all are impossible to please and nothing counts as content.
Next question
As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.
I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess

The unreal is INSANELY easy, I'm not even joking. You could watch a simple guide and then just don't get hit and that's kind of it. Absolute piece of cake. If you are someone who doesn't normally run mid or high-end content, run this. You'll get the faux leaves and enjoy the experience and it will be a good stepping stone if you wanna get into more difficult stuff. I couldn't believe how fast my friends and I cleared it.

There's one piece of content you've yet to tackle: The logout button
In all seriousness I get it. Content is slumped hard rn and for those who have done most of the meat and don't want to grind 400,000 pvp matches or kill 70,000 S ranks for the ugliest mount in the game, it's gotta be lame especially considering the subscription payments. I've found myself playing less and less recently. About time to for the bi-yearly break anyway

It was also easy when I did it the first time as current extreme content. I just can't figure out why I should do the same boss again. Already bought the unreal mount. On the other hand I can't buy the extreme mount for another year. If unreal or extreme could speed up my relic grind then yeah I'd jump right in but relics won't be released until next summer at the earliest. The unreal is INSANELY easy, I'm not even joking. Doing content is bad. You're supposed to sit in a housing district or city and revel in the joy of existing in a world where Final Fantasy XIV Online: Dawntrail exists.

Looking forward to chaotic alliance raid and next field operation... next year...

"Content locust" is an absurd accusation, because I see it almost exclusively aimed at players that were satisfied with the game for the better part of a decade. it used to feel like it had enough to do between patches, or if not, lull periods were generally short (other than the wait for the next expansion). Now it doesn't.
