Thread: Known Issues Following the Release of Patch 7.1 (Nov. 12)

We have identified the issue below.
This issue is currently being investigated and addressed, and we ask for your understanding and patience during this process.

[Current Known Issues]
- Unable to fish in Eastern Thanalan.
- Animation of a character walking on water is not displayed properly in Eastern Thanalan.

It is highly possible that the issue is related to updating the graphics data, and we are investigating the cause. We will update as soon as there is any progress in the situation, so please wait a little longer.

We currently have an update regarding the following water related issues that were brought to our attention:

-Inability to fish in Eastern Thanalan.
-Character's walking animation above water not being properly displayed in Eastern Thanalan.

From our investigation in Patch 7.1, we were able to confirm that when the graphics data for the water surface area of East Thanalan was modified, the collision detection was not properly calibrated. As a result of this, any actions related to water (fishing, walking etc.) will not be processed correctly.

As this issue involves re-modification of the graphics data, this will be fixed in Patch 7.11
