60 o.o! For something that costs only 6500 seals (2-3 hours of caravan).
Straight out more powerful than Ifrit's.
More powerful than Mog's (15 less accuracy but 60 more attack! AND you can wear a shield)

Its overly powerful for how easy it is to obtain. The only way to justify it is the sanction. And as described above:
Set HP to where your Instance in (i.e., outside of Garuda/Ifrit/Moogle)
Set HP to your inn.
When you die: Death teleport (free) to inn. Get sanction. Return to HP (free). All can be done before the re-enter timer is up.

If you die in a dungeon (AV, CC, DH, etc.) you can carry one scroll with you to re-establish sanction. If you die more than once, then carry a backup-weapon with you and try to consider a strategy where you do not die that often ^^;
