and it got me thinking, whether its intentional or not, how many accidental or intentional references do you think there are in this game to seggs things by devs? I find it funny how people often really point to Disney as being this massive easter egg hider of dongs and bad words in their frames, but I'd think its hilarious if the FFXIV devs managed to get away with doing it themselves. This may just be seeing Jesus in my toast this occasion but lord would it send me if there were many more.

I mean, the game is full of suggestive themes. Straight up pillowhouses, prostitutes on the streets in at least two locations, those Miqo'te twins that talk about "polishing the shaft... OF THE SWORD" of the Highlander in Thanalan. So one hidden shadow-dong is not out of the realm of possibility! Plenty of innuendo spread out in the game at least in the English translation.
