What about your main? You could also try to right click on your main and "Visit Another World Server", which moves the character to a different world and location. Sometimes it helps pull them out of instances they are stuck in. It may not work due to the error, but is worth a try.

As for your alts, what happens when you return them home? Does it allow them to login at all?
