Character incorrectly logged out

Still locked out of my main character on my account, I can login to a character on a non-NA DC. My primal alts can be logged into as long as I move them to Oceania server.

What about your main? You could also try to right click on your main and "Visit Another World Server", which moves the character to a different world and location. Sometimes it helps pull them out of instances they are stuck in. It may not work due to the error, but is worth a try.

As for your alts, what happens when you return them home? Does it allow them to login at all?

Over 4 days since my last login, I cannot access my alt characters on Primal unless I server transfer them to Oceania. My main char remains stuck in limbo still...
