    Yea its still an issue, I can't login still and its been almost 48h

    FWIW it's only my account that's having this issue, I have 3 computers at home, I can't login to my character on any of them. My husband also plays XIV and he can login to his character on any of the computers.

    More than 60h+ and I'm still logged out. I've reinstalled the game 2x, my husband can login to his account just fine on my computer. We have 3 computers in this house and none of them will let me login to my character from the menu.

    Can someone from tech support team please help solving this issue? It's server-side issue since we are able to login with a different account on our computers. Tech support asked us to wait with no definite timeframe and said it will resolve on itself. It has been more than 2 days... Are we supposed to wait for another year?

    This is so ridiculous! Its obviously an SE problem. They should prorate and refund the time you've been locked out!

    SE Support is so wonderful, I called in today and they instructed me to report my bug IN A DIFFERENT PLACE. Because apparently I wasn't supposed to send the bug on the forum but at this link instead per the service rep I spoke to https://support.na.square-enix.com/f...1&p=0&fo=90045

    TLDR; SE has no idea when it will be fixed nor do they have any idea, they want me to keep waiting for a service I paid to use. Rest assured that my case is being handled even though I was instructed to report the bug on different platforms at this point

    So I contact support they instruct me to file a bug report on the forums, nothing has changed. Nobody contacts me, I contact support again and they tell me to send a bug report, I send in the bug report and they're telling me to go back and post on the forums. When is anyone going to actually take charge or know what to do? I'm just being tossed back and forth between support, forums and bug report. Great customer service for the critically acclaimed MMO.
