    Alliance Duty Rewards erroneously marked obtained after duty completion

    Earlier today, I completed my, at the time, only run of Jeuno: The First Walk. Upon completion of the duty, I obtained the expected token drop (used to upgrade tomestone gear), but did not obtain any other items from the run; I did not obtain any equipment, minions, Triple Triad cards, or orchestrion roll redemption vouchers.

    However, the duty menu still lists 2/2 time-gated rewards obtained.

    Unable to determine the cause other than a loss of internet connection during the exit cutscene of the instance.

    I am attempting to run the instance again to see if I am indeed locked out of obtaining gear for the raid this week.

    [EDIT] After entering the instance raid a second time, I could confirm that this simply appears to be a visual bug. I was able to roll on and obtain an equipment piece as normal, it was only the duty menu that appeared to think I had already obtained an item.

    If I'm not mistaken, the rewards received showing 2/2 would be correct. It lists Allagan Tomestones of Aesthetics and Heliometry as rewards. So you received them upon completion of the raid.

    Can confirm this...

    My understanding, based on the patch notes, is the weekly rewards are meant to be:
    - Ordelle Coin
    - two Cracked Novaclusters
    - 1 Gear Selection.

    I did not obtain the gear piece, yet it says 2/2. Perhaps it SHOULD say 2/3.

    However, it's not a Tech Support issue but rather an actual bug for the bug forum.
