Framer's Kits from Jonathas - Do they need to be unlocked?

Posting the responses in the video, since there is actual troubleshooting and comparing of situations, instead of guesswork.

Various combos of people with 2 or none or all 4 framers kits (its sounding more like a bug, but could be savages or world bosses).

the framers kits arent available to me guess there are some achievements i havent done but i dont know which ones are needed

judging by the names, I can only assume you have to have Stormblood either reached or completed to buy them.

@Shiirow Nope, Finished through Dawntrail 7.0 and the Kugane ones are not there.

Im over 13k achievement points, and only Commerce and Leisure kits available. No western or eastern reach kits. And of course the patch notes are too slim to describe this change, so unsure if this is a bug, or working as intended. Maybe need to finish 7.1 MSQ? Maybe associated with Stormblood Savages? ive completed most everything else.

I got them but haven't touched 7.1 yet. Maybe its tied to a stormblood side quest?

They may be tied to the achievement to kill the boss fate of a zone.

Same for me, I got the commerce available on one alt but not the other one

@ProfessM This is good Info. I can tell you i have completed EVERY side quest (there are no quest icons on my screen in any zones), save for 1 bozja quest and the heavensward crafting tool. So I doubt this is tied to a specific side quest, as I have done those. I will go through Stormblood zones again and check, but I think its gotta be a hidden flag tied to an achievement (like clearing Stormblood Savages, I didnt do those).

Kugane ones are locked behind Foxy Lady achievement.
Reach ones are locked behind Ride on (Ixion) achievement.

You can see that in game, by checking the list of available frame/accent/background list in your portrait edition.

This appears to be correct. I can confirm I got 2 of the 4 Frames in question here, and I do have Naughty Girls Need Love, as Well achievement (Foxy Lady) but do not have Ixion.
