    Pictomancer's Starry Muse no longer visible for themselves if battle effects limited

    With 7.1 the visuals of Starry Muse were made invisible if the spell effects are set to Show Limited.
    This is all fine for other players, who have no interaction with the spell but is detrimental if you like to play with your own spell effects set to Show Limited as well. Every other Battle Effect that is affected by the player position is shown with Show Limited so this seems like a pretty major oversight.

    I also posted a bug report, it really seems like an oversight.
