A thing I'm noticing is that the tilt effect is more noticeable when you make very very slow camera movements, but if you make camera movements that are any faster it becomes unnoticeable. If I set my mouse camera sensitivity to 0 (my normal speed is around 50) it's more noticeable, but anything higher than that it becomes almost completely lost.
