Mount Tilt Changes

Even with motion sickness in mind, there's no reason they can't just have "reduced tilt" on as a default, and still letting us have the option for the sweet mount tilt we had in 7.0, while also keeping the option to turn it off entirely. It's not like it was causing seizures, it was just causing some motion sickness in a small minority of players. Making it be opt-in would have been perfectly reasonable, especially if they're also providing a heavily nerfed version.

It was practically perfect before, and now it doesn't even feel like it's there.
