Starry Muse effect should be shown when OWN battle effects are set to Show Limited.

This change affects both OWN and PARTY Battle Effect Settings and it shouldn't. This seems like an oversight, a bug, or a bad decision.

Please differentiate between the two, as it is important for the Picto to see the its own circle.
We (when playing Picto) should still be able to see our Starry Muse circle when (Own) battle effects are set to Show Limited.

Personally, I'm unable to play with Show All due to hypersensitivity, and having the Limited option was a blessing for accessibility.

Show Limited should hide visual clutter whilst keeping useful information on screen. This goes agains the point of having the option to begin with.

Sent a bug report, hoping it truly is just an oversight.
