We pay this game so we are allowed to criticize it as much as we want. U know, Yoshida asked us to not jump ship and i dont want to, so im trying to make the developer team to understand ppl dont like Wuk Lamat character, regardless of their efforts to throw her at us.

I suspect the dev team is aware of the fact that many people are not fond of Wuk Lamat. As a paying customer you are of course free to criticize as much as you want, even if it is completely redundant at this stage.

Yoshi P also talked about her as a character with a complex about herself. I don't think he even reviewed the MSQ. It's safe to say he has no idea what will be in the patches. For all we know she could be exactly the same or barely be in them.

What I mean is, I think Yoshi P talks about her as far as what they discussed when story boarding. I don't think he genuinely paid attention to the execution based on what he believes they portrayed in DT.

Thankfully I will be watching it streamed ie not paying.

The MSQ is made ahead of time so it's hard to drastically change things last second. The voice lines for example are normally recorded 6-9+ months in advance, so that means 7.2 probably has most, if not all, of the voices already done, and 7.3 probably also has some already done as well, so it's hard to just suddenly shift things when you have so much already prepared in advance and essentially try to force a crunch time situation to make changes, especially if the planned changes are drastic.

It's probably safe to assume Wuk Lamat will be front and center until 7.3 at the least, since 7.3 is when Dawntrail's story will "end" as said by Yoshi-P, and if there are changes made to the overall story about Wuk Lamat's involvement, then we shouldn't really see any of them until about 7.2, if they even really plan to do any in the first place. Like sure they DID say they would listen to feedback and fix things according to that, but it's hard to say what that actually means or would imply they do.

I hate Wuk Lamat myself, but "boycotting" the MSQ is not really going to result in her suddenly exploding and rag-doll soaring into the ocean to never be seen again.

They were redoing chunks of 6.0 up until early access because they weren't satisfied with it. The scene with Emet and Hythlodaeus in Ultima Thule was redone and the dialogue recorded in the 2 week delay, so I don't buy that the patches are set in stone. Lyse was also absent for most of 6.X because the focus shifted to loose ends in Doma and the leadup to Shadowbringers. DT ended with no visible plot hooks beyond the discontent in S9, which they are apparently already addressing.

The only part with Emet-Selch in Ultima Thule that had to be changed is his adventure list due to so many people still not understanding that only a story arc was ending and not the game. Only part of it delt with Doma thou as you still had things dealing with Fordola taking the 1st steps in establishing a government that wanted to learn from their past mistakes. I guess an interddimentional reality compressing mysterious artifact that has connections to a convocation seat isn't a plot thread.
