    - Plentiful Harvest grants Soulsow

    Similar to giving Ninja a third charge of mudras, allowing Reaper to gain a cast of Harvest Moon once every 2 min gives Reaper more opportunities to disengage from the boss without losing damage. I also think it's very weird to design a skill that only gets used once during an encounter unless there is downtime to charge another

    - Increase cooldown of Enshroud to 25 sec

    Okay, maybe a hot take, but it's verified by my friend who mains Reaper: I am not a fan of double Enshroud. I think it's clunky and unfun to execute. It also feels weird to have a strong ability like Gluttony fall outside of it's own raid buff because double Enshroud is the optimal thing to do for burst windows. And if they keep double Enshroud possible, I'm worried they won't be able to expand on the Reaper kit in a fun way in the future. Increasing it's cooldown means that double Enshroud wouldn't be possible to execute, freeing some space in Reaper's moveset for something more engaging

    Now, I played 7.0 Viper. I didn't dislike Noxious Gnash, but I was kinda indifferent to it being removed. However, I do miss what managing Noxious Gnash did for executing dual blade combos. When managing Noxious Gnash, it felt really good to execute the non-linear rotation. Right now, you have a very static sequence of 4 different combo routes, whereas before in 7.0 you had 8 that you could go through. Adding a stack mechanic like MNK's fury and NIN's Kazematoi would reintroduce a similar complexity to Viper's dual blade rotation that it had on DT release

    MNK:
    - Increase range of Forbidden Chakra to 15-20 yards (charged ranged attack - MNK is the only job with NO ranged attack)
    - Reduce cooldown of Riddle of Fire to 55 seconds. You'll still pop it once a minute, just adds more flexibility and avoids drifting 2m buff.
    - Using meditate outside of combat grands 1 Lunar + 1 Solar nadi. Lets you have a normal 2m burst at pull like all other classes without having to do a cursed double-lunar for alignment.

    Dunno what to say about positionals. They're fine in most content and I'm from the days where *every* skill was positional, but this tier specifically has been murder on melee and there aren't enough True North charges in the world to hit all positionals.

    Also in general let's just nuke the 2-minute meta.

    1) Delete wind's reply and fires's reply; Monk is for punching, not hitting things at range.
    2) Using thunderclap adds an extra stack of greased lightning (more speed = more good).
    3) Add positional requirements for opo and raptor form attacks.
    3b) if positional requirements are met, use the bootshine/true strike/snap punch animation
