NEW PVP GEAR CAP (Viera and Hrothgar can skip this thread)

Yet again another casual set released where it has now been almost 6 full years since the last proper race was released, M viera don't count, it's just a head swap, and still they won't be able to wear the PVP hat, a modder will take a day or 2 at most to align the cap to do the job the team won't do, how is this still acceptable?

I expected modern garbage in DT but not from all saints wake of all events. Waiting for them to put another fantasy outfit in the store and more techwear for PvP.

Can't say I'm surprised. We didn't even get to wear all the new artifact gear. I can (kinda) accept old gear taking a while to get or being brushed off, but cash shop and all new stuff should definitely be available to everyone.

Just like when Fall Guys Gear rewards were released, it feels to me like CS3 cares less and less about the visual integrity of their game. This looks like it was ripped straight out of a fashion magazine with no care if it fits in FF14 or not.

And yes, they have no reason or excuse for not making any newer headgear accessible to Viera and Hrothgar. This shouldn't fall on the shoulders of one, overworked modder. ヾ( ･`⌓´･)ﾉﾞ

The gear looks so good and I'm glad they are having fun creating it.

But it's a fantasy game and I'd quite like to see gear this detailed that is fantasy themed, because most of the other gear was designed pre-graphics update and doesn't look good in comparison to all this cyberpunk gear.

It could be a reference outfit to the current Baseball hype in Japan, where 15.2 million television viewers in Japan watched each of the first two games of the World Series on average, compared with 14.5 million in the United States.

Plus, Yoshi-P was also quite excited about baseball in his last Liveletter.
So, this might be a product of that.

Exactly this - you got a TWEWY free inhouse promo opportunity and be like: "nah, the game's fine being mediocre"
This is like one of those vanilla mashups you see: Take the streetwear cap, the moonfire vest mashed with the sunset beach cover-up, take the vanguard pants rejects and varsity shoes instead.

We have TWEWY at home I guess (lol)


I bet that hat will be modded for Hroths/Viera faster than the game will be up from maintenance too
