    Let's talk about Ninja

    Ninja current kit has issues right now. It might work on EW melee friendly time, but for DT the kit himself is somewhat risky for no reason with TCJ. The ninki gauge overcap so much with dokumori, 2 mins+ burst needed to alternative rotation to not overcapped. Why Bushin cost gauge meanwhile monk riddle of wind as no cost. Our dmg is not good enough compare to other melees with utilities.

    Here proposition to fix those Issues.

    1. Make Ten Chi Jin having a puddle to cast Ninjustu on passive Enhanced Ten Chi Jin.
    2. Make Bushin no cost gauge, this will buff a bit ninja DPS with QOL.
    3. Remove 40 Ninki gauge on Dokumori/Trick Attack and add free use Bhavacakra/Zesho Meppo by using Dokumori/Trick Attack, this will fix the overcap of Ninki.
    4. Buff our dmg because we are weakest melee.

    The rest is fine IMO.

    NIN is right now the best melee and second best DPS. It could be due to the tier being farmed and many KTs ending on 2-minute bursts but it's how it looks at the moment. It's not weak at all.

    Ninja is honestly one of the few jobs in FFXIV that I think is totally fine the way it is. I have concerns and issues with pretty much every other melee job except Ninja. It plays well. It's very strong. It has the most useful party damage buff in the game.

    I think the damage profile could be flattened out a little (there's a big APM disparity between burst and downtime) but other than that it feels good imo.

    the only thing i agree with if tenchijin should be change to either a puddle or eventually a temporary stance where you can only do ninjutsu (and moove...)

    From what I'm hearing... apparently you can move now with TCJ.

    I think that's a good change. I like it. I never really liked having to stay in one spot to cast three super-charge and instant Ninjustu and now force to move when enemy attack marker appears and you lose out on the third justu. Normally, I can avoid this but the few times it happens I wish it was like BLM's little spell circle where I can run back and use the last of my actions.

    The long wait has ended after seven long years. We can now finally move when casting Ten Chi Jin. It took twice as many button presses in its original implementation, too. Ninja's clunkiest ability has finally been made tolerable, if not outright good. I am overjoyed.
