Steps:
1. So last night i asked a question, about whether the Allied Society Dailies in 7.1 would add Poetic Tomestones to the rewards for the Arkasodora dailies, imagine my surprise when i found out they should already be giving these as rewards. I've been doing these dailies for a long time, all the way to bloodsworn reputation, but have never received Poetics as a reward.
2. I always do these as a level 80-89 job, for xp, and all i receive is the Gil, XP, and the Society token, never even see poetics on the rewards when i accept/hand in the quest, i logged this via the in game support and they told me to post a bug report here

Second: It wouldn't surprise me if the intent is to reward tomestones only when you're on a max-level job for the expac. For the Arkasodora, that'd be Lv. 90 or higher. (At the very least, that's how it seems to work.)

but in answer to you, that's not how it works with any of the other combat dailies, i've been doing the 60/70/80 dailies for a long time, it's only the 80s for me that don't give tomestones as part of the reward, but according to everyone else i've spoken to, they should do, even if you're not level 90
