I truely wish people could take the info that's important to them and just ignore the rest. It's what I did when I saw that post. Sure I'd admit that at first I went "Wait? Why are they even repeating this while it was already on the front page."

But then I saw the additional info of patch 1.23a to be released on next monday. And went "Oh sweet! Good to know". And I went on to ignore the rest because...

a) I already have my goobbue
b) I already knew that it was going away

But hey at least I get to tell my friends that they have till monday to try and obtain them.
God forbid S-E for giving us an actual date and a final warning.

On another side-note. A lesson I've learned from school and work. "Never assume things"
In this case, never assume that everyone knows that goobbues will be gone by monday. You, the user might but another one might not. Keep an open mind people.

It's really just a notice that the patch will be released a day sooner so those won't complain they didn't know about the date change.

Surely everyone can agree that it looks really silly when you have two posts about the exact same thing on the Lodestone, right next to each other, posted only five days apart. It's actually the third time they've posted about it, and if people didn't get it the second time, then I don't know what to say.

Looks silly yes.. but its something we will never get again, if people don't have it.. it be different if Goobues were temp. disabled till 2.0.. but that's not the case, its going away in 6 days and if people didn't get it they will rage because they'll claim SE "Didn't" tell them... kinda the same deal with Swimsuits its just they weren't there for the event.. when events " Can be "1 time deals".. this is only a mere.. " Hey did you get your Goobue yet?, No? well you BETTER get it by Monday or you will NEVER get it after 1.23a".

People will rage if they only get one reminder and blaming SE there is not enough news for it and they miss their gobbues. I say give 4 more gobbues news so there isnt anyone that can blame SE that there isnt enough news for it.
