Frontline leader jp zone rule problem [come from Gm Malfoneda]

hi am play can speak ENG little bit... so pardon me if i use wrong grammar..

so for start in japan zone, frontline mostly we have the leader who using alliance tell everyone what to do , where to go , when to buster. so yeah it's violate rules.
i am leader too (i actually don't want to lead but if no leader you less chance to win or against with have the leader alliance) and i got banned 10 days...

3.2 Disruption. You may not in any way disrupt or interfere with the Game experience of other players, including the disruption of Square Enix's computers and servers.
3.9 Non-Commercial Spamming/Spimming. You may not use (or abuse) the in-game chat and message services to harass other players.

so i try to speak with gm or dev, can we lead people in pvp? no one got banned before me about it (or i don't know)
am ok if we speak clearly about it. we can't do that, but dev or gm always like don't understand what i said (it's not just me asking that question) and doing like "The team has completed a thorough investigation of the account action and it was found proper."
so that no answer ... just talk us we can lead people or not, if not why just turn off alliance frontline chat or party chat. that chat box useless and people only blaming another player in pvp chat. why you just keep it!?

only one thing for good way in alliance chat is lead people like what to do , where to go , when to buster. we don't force every people do with us. we just tell everyone let's do it together, sometime enemy behind ours army we just tell everyone fall back and run out of dangerous place. we done it with good intentions. so yeah sometime we annnoy people who what to play quietly, why not just mute us like everytime auto report said "muting player" "blacklisting a player"

i know some people will hate leader, and i sure a lot of player need leader in frontline. so you should do it clearly about it, you banned me but half hundred or more leader still there, they breaking every alliance no leader. and when you don't have leader it's hopeless.

so again if you don't want to Disruption or something by lead people please turn off chat in frontline just like crystalline. something will be better like broken frontline meta , get low tier frontline be better i don't want much explain but stick group together with leader some class no AOE skill will useless. maybe no chat box will make them harder to stick with group.

it's not just chat box, it's waymark , target mark , will can lead too

for me it's hopeless to talk about PVP. i feel Dev no care about it. but frontline has thousand of player play every night. so please make it better

btw i got banned 10 days without warning, last warning 04-15-2023 violations of spam, i just got new emote and try to look closely and forgot to turn off showing emote on chat, and i got WARRING!? that really nonsense i don't use emote for violate anyone but i got warring!? and that more than one year and last one not warring me because this? because you did warring me one and half years ago!?

so am not hope Dev will do anything, pvp content is hopeless, i do love pvp, i do love has leader, i do enjoy to do it's like team work with 20+ player it's really cool, i did play like this since 3.0 and found leader (jp player ) and i try to do it one year later, i want Dev care more about pvp, a lot broken in pvp but i still play and enjoy with it, but now my emotional is sad and hopeless after got banned and no one tell me clearly about it.

we just do for good.

i will keep report every leader who i found. because if i can't do that. no one couldn't too.
