    I tend to think it does. Even with garuda claws, no matter when I throw (right after/before swing), it still takes me almost the full 5 sec on throw cooldown to attack again... probably not as noticeable with war because of their longer delay, but it is better to time your throws IMO. If you throw too much, and skip a lot of AA, overall dps starts to suffer from my past experience

    Overall probably better to just save for initial pulling and when mobs like garuda are in mid-transit to you that way you can still output a little DPS and build TP in the process to nail her once they get to you.

    you'r not missing out on auto attack by throwing things, there really isn't a downside. trust me, i use bomb arms constanly and am usally in the top 2 or 3 dps when i parse.
