Hypostatic Tunic of Scouting Gauzey Bit Inconsistency

Steps:
1. Be on a class that can wear the Hypostatic Tunic of Scouting OR preview it via Examine or a chat link
2. There is an inconsistency in the appearance of the gauzey bit on the back of the armor piece. It doesn't appear to be a gender-specific difference as there seem to be male races that have it and female races that do not. Specifically I noticed the issue while in party with a player using a Female Hrothgar and wearing the armor piece and saw that it had the gauzey bit on it, however while trying it on via examine on my Male Viera I noticed that the gauzey part of the amor does not show up on my character.

It appears that this part always shows up on female races as several people I asked with female models all said it showed up for them, so it might be issues with male races. It seems to show up with at least Highlander Males when they wear it according to another player I asked.
