In light of recent policy changes about criticism and "undue demands" being actionable offenses now, I have to withdraw any and all comments I made previously regarding any issues with the game or Square-Enix.

I want to get off dynamis but not willing to pay for a transfer. At this point the game is getting so boring it probably doesn't matter anymore.
I can relate to this. I've stuck out on dead servers in MMORPGs. It's rough. I wanted to believe that by stirring up activity and creating guilds and events I could transform it but it's just rough, and easier to transfer away. I don't think anyone's expecting it to grow that fast. Although when I was there for hunt farming I found the roulettes to be fast for me as a tank/healer. Queue times are always long while doing MSQ on any data center.
I can't advise you on Primal really. For Balmung, the issue is that while it's one of the most populated worlds usually due to the sheer amount of veteran players and RPers, it has "Congested" status a lot due to it. This results in a lack of new players which has a catastrophic effect on the formation of new FCs and statics and that is not healthy for the server or the ability to make progress in the game. I remember feeling that Balmung was full of tired old veterans in their established groups (including myself btw) when I was there and a lack of fresh players to shake things up.
Now obviously there is world visiting, cross-world PF and temporary lifting of the restriction but it's not the same as servers that are often open to new players and have fresh FCs full of energy and ideas. MMORPGs just aren't the same without a steady flow of new players.
My experiences of Brynhildr and Diabolos aren't great, but I've seen Diabolos be quite inviting to new players in any case. Coeurl I found to be the most inviting of all to new players when I used to visit there, but that was some years ago and I've heard of problems since.
True that was a big draw. The new worlds with more housing didn't bring in anyone but alts of people who just wanted their dream venue they couldn't get on Aether/Primal/Crystal
Primal, Crystal and Aether should all work for this.all the roulettes I can access
I remember that raiding used to be fine on Crystal because sure there were less raiders there, but the people who did were just as good/bad as anywhere else. This was before DC travel, so, you might have to try and go to Aether now. You could look for a static on xivrecruit or the FFXIV recruitment reddit and see if any are recruiting on a non-Aether data center so that, hopefully, they will all travel to that data center.including raiding
Primal is known for this but I've never had trouble doing PvP on Crystal or Aether. So I do not think this is an issue.and PVP
Crystal (especially Balmung) is known for RP in the wilderness but venues exist on other data centers now as well.I don't really do the RP thing, but then I also admit I've gotten lonely enough (...not that kind of "lonely") that I've walked into venues just to remind myself other people do gather, interact and talk in this game even if I myself am a terrible conversationalist.
There is a lot of other social content with large gatherings that use /shout such as hunt trains, S ranks, special boss FATEs, alliance raids, Eureka, Baldesion Arsenal, Bozja/Zadnor, Delubrum Reginae Savage, city states (Limsa, Gridania, Ul'dah, Tuliyollal, Soluton Nine).
Beside that, treasure map parties and any Party Finders in general are typically quite social because, unlike randomly-matched parties, you strike up a conversation while waiting for it to fill. While unsyncing content, helping with story mode clears or doing maps or Blue Mage runs you can often have conversations about random things. While raiding, you are discussing strategies which can be a precursor to some social chatter, depending on the party.

I spent most of my 11 years playing on leviathan and plan on moving back there on primal which I'll be able to in a day or 2. The reason I'm going back to primal is pretty much the same reasons with slow que times and various other reasons.
That is when the true Vana'diel of legend will be reborn.
I'm about done as well. I like the people in my FC, but the frequency I'm actually playing with them actively is so miniscule.
Plus, I came to Dynamis for a fresh start. I've been here since it opened, but it never got better. I feel like I've done my time to try to fix SquareEnix's incompetence. Now I have to pay them $18 for the privilege to leave. So, who's the real idiot?
I'm still debating on if it's even worth it at this point. I've been playing for over 11 years. I've been on all the DCs. None of them have really felt like home. I just want friends to play with, is all.

I moved to crystal due to roleplay reason the only reason you may want to go on dynamis is a easy house but still everything is dead not matter what you try

Queues are kinda dead in general because of patch downtime ;~; sometimes I sit in queue for 30+ mins as Dps for Aglaia
Dynamis sucks especially if you're a dps...even in peak hours I've had to wait 30 min for an expert roulette...seriously?
I had to leave dead crippled EU Chaos DC. Ultimately I'm heartbroken about it. With the other challenges in the game (chiefly friends leaving for the apparently atrociously disappointing MSQ writing apparently) I've unsubbed for first time in four years. I don't think I'll ever get an estate again.
Almost noone says hello at start of instances. (I suspect console players, or like me lacking enthusiasm for another moogle tome instance)
I'm not interested in 7.1 frankly.
The only thing I care about right now is Cross DC PF. Until I see that SQX clearly don't care. No excuses about how challenging the problem is, are acceptable anymore. Although I don't believe it's a challenge.
After Cross DC PF should introduce free server transfers to dead servers, (with free transfers back for those who may regret taking the chance)
