    Permanent issue i2501 after coming back to play

    Hello, last time i played was in Endwalker, i decided to come back yesterday to play and so far it's been a miserable experience, everytime i do try to make any purchase, it's giving me consistently error i2501 and i cannot buy anything, tried paypal, credit card, amazon pay.

    My billing info are fine, credit card is fine and bank is also fine (i contacted them to be sure lol).

    Ffixv seems like it has locked my account with this error i2501, i tried waiting, restarting modem etc.

    Never used VPN and never changed country or anything. How do i fix this problem? Pretty disappointed, did 3 tickets but zero answers.

    i2501 means, that your account has been flagged as suspicious. Maybe you log in with a very different IP address or you have outstanding payments etc. You should contanct the SQEX support directly.
