Given you frequently see 8 players pounding on the same invulnerable PLD, I doubt this would help.

Sadly it's quite an hassle to tab-rotate through targets and hope that it lands on what you desired.

And trying to click the specific target isn't that easy either when there's 70 of them on screen.
