What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
At what point does the issue occur?

Does the issue occur with one character or multiple characters?
Are you able to select a different Data Center and then return the original?
Would you mind clarifying if the issue occurs during Data Center Transfer or Data Center Travel?
