Eureka Progress Reset Completely

I haven't played FF14 for a couple of years. When I decided to get back on, I decided to continue my progress on obtaining elemental armor. I thought it was odd that I was missing my relic weapon amd whatnot. But it seems as if my character was rolled back and multiple things are missing from my account.

The rollback I usually hear about is when someone's account is compromised due to falling for phishing and they request a rollback, in case you remember anything like that happening?

An odd thing is that I can't find the name of the character you've selected to appear on your profile. If that is the same character as the one in the bug report, then it's not reflected the name change correctly for some reason (in case that is related to the issue).
